Cancellation Policy

Any modification or cancellation (incluiding room, car rental, tour reservation, airport shuttle) must be advised 48 hours prior of your arrival time or 50% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellation must be advised through via email to costaricahotel@gmail.com , if you decide to reduce the days of you stay after you arrive our hotel, you will be charged for 2 nights

The reservations are guaranteed only if you provide the credit card information and this booking system will "NOT" charge your credit card, only in case if you cancell your reservation without prior notice .

Airport Pick up

Our deriver will meet you at the airport exit with a sign with your name, please look for our driver and do not take any other taxi, if you do use other shuttle service, you will still be charged, in case if you do not find our driver please call us at 2256-7946
